It does not matter if you are an established business if you are part of a national organisation, or a one-person setup, everyone is treated the same. Access to our light industrial units in Plymouth, conference suites, and wonderful meeting rooms are perfect for your company’s growth! 

We pride ourselves on the personal touch, with staff members being on-site in two of our locations and easily contactable. We have flexible leases as the last thing we want to do is tie businesses into a long term commitment. We know business changes, and the need to be flexible works both ways. This ensures that our prices are competitive, our Plymouth office units are affordable and the commercial office space in Plymouth is well catered to your every need.

We have co-working space at £100 + VAT per month which includes high-speed WiFi, tea, and coffee on tap and 24/7 access. Our smallest dedicated office unit is only £175 + VAT plus utilities and then we have space for up to 30 people in one office! We have spread across 3 sites in Stonehouse. 2 buildings on Union Street, a beautiful grade 2 listed building within the former Royal Naval Hospital site in the Millfields and then purpose-built light industrial offices also in the Millfields, with the jewel in the crown being our very own sandwich and coffee bar on-site, catering for both the residents and busy offices in the area. We have a wide variety of options for office units to rent and the facilities available to make sure your conference rooms in Plymouth and meeting rooms are the perfect environment for you and your clients! 

Our Chief Executive Roger is a good egg too and loves a surprise treat here and there. He has been known to order a batch of bacon or egg butties for our tenants, just because and when the sun comes out, so does Mr Whippy, indulging our tenants with yummy ice cream on a hot summer’s day.

We also have a summer BBQ and a festive treat at Christmas time. What’s not to love? Our leases are flexible, our application process is simple and our buildings accessible 24/7. We require 2 months’ rent as a deposit and the first months’ rent in advance and most of our office units are business rates exempt. Landlords are based on site so there is always somebody around to help if you need it. If you out-grow your office unit / light industrial units, simple, we can move you to something bigger, likewise, if you want to streamline your operations, we can help you with that too.

So, how do you become a tenant I hear you ask? Well, it’s simple really:

  • Email info@millfieldstrust.com to find out about our availability
  • Come in and view our office units to rent with Mandy or Sadie our Business Development Managers
  • If you see something you like, complete our short application form with a preferred start date
  • Once the application has been approved, we invoice you for the deposit and first months’ rent
  • Once invoices are paid, we can arrange for the signing of the lease and hand over the keys!
