We pride ourselves on the personal touch, with staff members being on-site in two of our locations and easily contactable. Our Chief Executive Roger is a good egg too and loves a surprise treat here and there. He has been known to order a batch of bacon or egg butties for our tenants, just because, and when the sun comes out, so does Mr Whippy, indulging our tenants with yummy ice cream on a hot summer’s day.

We require 2 months’ rent as a deposit and the first months’ rent in advance and most of our office units are business rates exempt.
