Jeremiah’s Journey
Jeremiah’s Journey is Plymouth’s children’s bereavement charity, which offers free support to children, young people and their parents/carers who are anticipating or have experienced the loss of a loved one.
At the latter end of 2019, they released their Follow The Bear support network to help meet their ever-increasing demand and fantastically have over 50 local businesses and individuals on board (including Millfields!).
Whilst the network supports Jeremiah’s and overall the local community, the team also support you through online promotion, fundraising assistance and networking events. For more information or to join today, please visit –
