Millfields Trust is a place where business and community come together. Our spaces at HQ Business Centre and Genesis are designed for meetings, conference, training and workshops and have been created with you in mind to ensure you get the most from your day with us.

The spacious, calm and cool buildings are equipped with all the little things that make a big difference to your day (free WIFI and complimentary refreshments) which help inspire, energies and provide focus to you can deliver success.

Our modern spaces are easily accessible and visitors parking is available on site. Our team is available on site and can help assist and support through the day.

Foulston –  Genesis Building 

The Foulston Suite at Genesis Building comes with large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing enough natural light to make this room a bright and refreshing meeting space. It comes equipped with the latest audio/visual facilities. Perfect for hosting networking events, meetings, training and workshops. Seats 16 people comfortably and is fully Air Conditioned with a Break-Out Area included. There’s an onsite Reception so you can be assured your colleagues and business guests will be met with professionalism and a friendly smile.

Hart – Genesis Building

Hart is situated in our Genesis building on the ground floor, conveniently located near the main entrance, kitchen, and reception. This bright and inviting space can accommodate up to 6 people, making it the perfect spot for your meetings. Equipped with internet access, a flip chart, and refreshments, Hart offers everything you need for a productive and comfortable work session.

Wightwick – HQ Business Centre

The Wightwick Suite at the HQ Business Centre is ideal for smaller meetings or interviews. It provides a boardroom experience only a 5-minute walk from Plymouth City Centre. It seats 6 people comfortably also includes communal kitchen and break out spaces and the added use of our hidden gem garden that is a perfect place to stretch your legs and get a bit of fresh air.

Taylor Room – HQ Business Centre

Maybe you need to go bigger? We’ve got you covered! The Taylor Room also located in the HQ Business Centre is the versatile space you’ve been looking for. It’s perfect for interactive workshops, fast-paced training days and busy networking events that require space to move around. It’s flexible enough for various layouts which suit smaller numbers too. The room is light and airy, seating 25 adults, and also includes a breakout space next door and use of the garden.

Visitor Parking 

We have visitor parking on site, this is first come first service basis. Once parked on site please enter your reg on the tablet located in Genesis reception or in our HQ reception.

Conference Room Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be confirmed via email.

  • If cancellations are made within 1 week of the booking date, then a 50% charge +VAT will apply.
  • If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the booking date, the full price + VAT will be charged.
