Millfields Trust are looking for a friendly, helpful temporary Administrative Assistant.  Duties to include; greeting and directing visitors, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries, taking and recording conference room enquiries (including taking bookings, preparing the rooms and arranging refreshments etc), checking and replying to emails, filing and archiving, making up and filing tenant documents, ordering stationary, ensure all administrative systems are maintained and day to day administrative tasks are kept up to date.

Rate of pay:  £8.50 per hour (full-time 37 hours per week).
